Best money we spent throughout the whole process

Requirements and search: Prior to getting Elaine on board, we had spent six months obsessively checking domain.com.au each day and viewing properties every Saturday. We had been outbid and gazumped pre-auction too many times, and had spent a lot of money on building reports and contract reviews in the process.  We were frustrated and losing hope we would be able to secure our ideal home in the area we desired. So, the next time we found a hose we loved, we decided to approach buyers agents and reached out to Elaine. We immediately felt that that we would be in the hands of a professional and with a wealth of experience.   Outcome: Elaine turned out to be approachable, responsive and answered all our naive questions. However we were skeptical of the selling agent but Elaine took over everything. Within days, an incredibly comprehensive evaluation of the property was undertaken and reports were available for us to review and discuss. She negotiated with the selling agents directly (much to our relief) and due to her outstanding reputation was able to remove the emotional attachment from the transaction and keep it business to business. Elaine was always contactable, was an absolute pleasure to deal with and within a week we had our property.
